HELP gear s not ringing

I don't have a data plan so my watch is connected to Bluetooth to my phone. When my phone rings my watch doesnt. It used to but I'm stuck. Any thoughts?

Have you tried unpairing it and then paring it again?

Yep even did a reset restore.
