[HELP] Green Horizontal Lines blinking across screen

My Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 was dropped from my bed onto the carpet (a couple of cm). As soon as it fell, the screen turned on and it looked like it was working fine. I went to sleep and when I woke up there were green horizontal lines flickering across the screen. I can't see anything on the screen except the lines. I can hear that the screen is moving because the sound is on. Any help will be much appreciated :'(

Welcome to Android Central! A fall that minimal may not have damaged anything outright, but it might have loosened a connection. You could try opening the back up and checking the connections.
