HELP - Grey Battery and Not Charging (N9005)

Hi folks,
I've Note 3 (N9005) which is 1 year old. From earlier this week when I tried to charge my phone with the charger (Original) while phone was switched on it didn't charge at all. Then I switched off the phone and tried to charge the phone then it was charging but in a wired way. I saw following

1. I saw a Grey Color battery instead of Green Color batter
2. Phone is vibrating many times (every 1 min)

Could you please help me to fix?

Welcome to Android Central! The battery might be failing. Try a new one.

Hey Thanks for the quick response. BTW I changed the charging port and which cost me around 15 USD now it works fine

Great! A new battery would've given you the same problem, then, so it's good you did that first!
