where do i download GAPPS from?

Yeah that's another reason why I don't like ROM Manager, it doesn't make that clear.

When you download the rom it'll tell you if you need to flash a GAPPs package. If it's required, it will have a link.

Please see my other response. You can download on your phone directly.

I suggest two things. First, become more familiar with your phone. Being able to put files on it or take files off of it is a crucial piece of knowledge. Second, read all of our guides. A lot of this stuff has been covered and they are there for your benefit .
