[HELP]Hero can not boot!

Hi all,I am a new user of android.
Last night, I installed the wrong "radio" to my phone.
After that,The phone can not boot, when I press the POWER button, the phone just show me a splash screen then it turns off.
And I also tried switch it off then hold HOME button and POWER button,
and switch it off then hold BACK button and POWER button,
the phone just show me a splash screen then it turns off anyway.

Then I connect phone to my pc and use fastboot like this

It seems the pc find my phone, but the number is strange.

And then I tried fastboot reboot

Yes,my phone reboot,but it still show me show me a splash screen then it turns off.

Then,I download system.img and boot.img from HTC offical site,I tried these command

FAILED...

Now could anyone tell me what can I do......

Can you link me to the radio that you flashed?
When it turns on can you do adb devices at the splash screen?

When it turns on, the splash screen just appear one second then it turns off again.

If you have a sprint cdma hero,then i think i got some bad news for you.That radio is for the gsm hero. If you have the sprint hero then that radio pretty much just bricked your phone.

i'm in china, so it's a grey product(i'm not sure how name it)

OKay cool just wanted to make sure you had a gsm. Im not really sure why its not booting.Did you have any issues when flashing the radio?

I use fastboot flash the radio,It's all right when flashing,
but, at the end , when i reboot my phone, it just can not boot.
