help how i can install new os android 4.1.1 to my tablet

anybody got ideas how i can install new os android from sd card or anything method can do it ??? currently my existing os is 4.0.4 but my os
get problem something wrong so i want to do is format the existing os then install new os android 4.1.1 to inside... my tablet is no branded product
just in market is mix product from china or taiwan brand product..
