Help! How to stop overnight data leakage!?!

I've noticed that my S7E tends to leak small amounts of data while I'm asleep. Aside from turning off cellular data, how do I stop this from happening. It's not much but over a month it adds up.

What's it coming under? Android OS? Because if so that's the same issue I'm having. Not much, but around 1mb per hour constantly.

Have you guys turned off Google Backup?
