Help I broke my phone

Hi all!
I dropped my verizon HTC Droid Incedible off my garage roof, it still works just not quite as well as it used to? The screen saver is holding the cracked up screen on and tape is holding it all to the droid!! Contract lasts till Feb. Can I get a used one cheap somewhere?

Do you have insurance? If not, you might want to consider it for the future. I generally don't go for extended warranties and insurance on products. However, since your phone is a computer that is generally always with you and being used several feet off the ground all the time, I always get insurance. It always pays off for me.
