Help. I can't scroll up or down on my phone!!!

So, there's a thing on my phone where at random times, I can't scroll up or down. Then when I go to the home screen, there's this grey rectangle box. What do I do? BTW, I am using an Alcatel A30

The Google box thing you can remove if you long press it and remove /delete widget.
Not sure about scroll as I don't know what launcher you are using... It will be in the launcher settings somewhere.
You could go to settings... Find your launcher... (may be hidden in system apps)... Clear cache... Force stop launcher....
Try again...

I removed the widget but the gray box goes into my app icons and I'm using the default nougat launcher. I'm pretty sure that this could be a hardware issue with the sensor
