HELP!! I need help unlocking my screen reader in the accessibilty menu on my Samsung S10

I actidentally checked some things in this menu and I can't do anything but restart turn off and use Bixby.

Welcome to Android Central! I moved this from the Galaxy S forum (for the ancient original Galaxy S phone) to the S10 forum.

Are you talking about the option that reads out to you what's on the screen, and do you mean that you can't turn it off?
