HELP I need help with my videos on my galaxy s3

I have a sprint samsung galaxy s3 and I recently soft bricked my phone I fixed it by installing a custom ROM because I tried using Odin to install the original ROM but that failed so I got the custom ROM when I did this I was able to get Google play but my phone won't call or play videos and when I go to youtube it say something like this (There was a problem while playing playback Id: 1bhsg15bdj) and when I tried to go to YouTube on chrome it will play the videos but with no audio and if I try to stream videos on shou or twitch it won't load same with Netflix I've spent a week trying to unbrick and fix my phone but have had no luck this is my last resort please help me it would mean the world to me
