HELP! I need to back up my phone!

My phone is in bad shape right now and I fear the worst. I need to back up my files ASAP. I can't back up one file at a time, it'll take way too long. I can't figure out how to backup entire folders in Google drive. I even tried using Chrome, there's no option to upload anything in Chrome. I need to back up multiple folders that each have multiple folders within them. I have a lot of photography, recordings, documents, and all kinds of really important stuff I need to back up. Please help!

I'm disabled and I desperately need to back up this stuff because I have important medical information and other related things on here I need to back up.

If you know of an alternative service that allows me to back up entire folders at once without having to choose one file at a time, it would be appreciated, as long as it's a secure service that doesn't go poking around in your private data. I have original uncopywritten work, private information, scans of important identification and documents, etc, I don't want anyone or some company snooping around in my private backed up data.

It would help if you tell us which phone you're using, but if it's a Samsung, their Smart Switch app can help. If you have a computer, you can just connect the phone via USB and just drag/drop the folders from there. You can also use the SHARE menu on your Gallery of Files app; just long-press a folder you want to back up and use the SHARE option to 'share' into Google Drive (or any other back up service of your choice) or to do a BT transfer into another device/computer.

Based on your other posts, it's a Galaxy Note9, so SpookDroid's suggestion for Smart Switch is the best place to start.

I don't have a computer. By some random miracle I found DriveSync.... That app saved me! It's backing up everything for me using google, and I have graded my Google storage. It let me effortlessly choose all the folders I wanted to back up and it's handling all of it for me. I don't have to do anything. What a great app! Did you guys even know this existed?! I never even heard of it before. Finally, Google is a good backup option now. I would have backed up my phone a long time ago if I had known this app existed.
