Help Kernal Issue - kernal-GB-3a.tar.md5

I added this kernal (kernal-GB-3a.tar.md5) to phone a while back to get the free wi-fi hot spot and now my bluetooth does not work any longer. Not sure if the procedure I used said I had to use that Kernal with the wifi_tether_v3_1-beta14.apk in order for it to work or what, been several months. Basically I would like to get the phone back to stock and see if the issue is resolved, and go from there. I just finished putting the factory SPH-D700-FC09-8Gb-REL.tar.md5 file/rom back on the phone. I have pawned this phone off on my wife and see has caught on, now I have to fix it...lol, any assistance in helping me get back to the factory kernal would be great. Please speak slow.... If you followed the steps exactly the way Paul has listed in the factory restore thread then your phone should be in its factory state. What you do after that is up to you.
