Help!! Long boot times and dysfunctional touch screen.

Hi,
I would like to know if anyone has any solution to this issue. My phone takes a really long time to boot up. The physical buttons work perfectly and so do the return and settings touch buttons.
But the touch screen has stopped working. I have done a factory reset and flashed the stock ROM through ODIN as well.
Would appreciate any help.
