Help me Galary crashes everytime i open it Galaxy s4

Guys.can someone help me with this.. Im really tired of this everytime i open the galary and click some of my pictures. it lags and crashes i cant open anything and even pressing my home botton on hold.

i tried... but after press on the system cache partition it says error*.what else can i do?? my phone is Samsung Galaxy s4 LTE-A SHV330s

So are you saying the cache partition wipe doesn't finish?

it says error after i press cache partition wipe.. anything can i do?? and now on.. even my video player is lagging... it stops continue and stops everytime i play any of my vids

Are you rooted or unrooted? You might consider reloading the stock ROM using Odin. I don't have Samsung devices, so I can't give you the details of how to do that.
