Hi guys,
I am going to be buying a One tomorrow and I am wondering if anyone can give me a SIMPLE guide to flash my one to stock Android. All of the tutorials I have read involve an SD card, but the HTC One doesnt have one -_-. Can anyone help me or point me to a guide for complete newbs? I am fine with rooting and I understand the warranty will be gone but I'm not sure how to do it

Thanks

Congratulations on the HTC One. SD Card means Storage Disk (can be internal as well) while External SD Card means External Storage Disk, so don't confuse them.

You'll need to unlock bootloader, install custom recovery and then install custom ROM. All tutorials are posted here: [GUIDE] Complete Flashing Guide | Rooting | Going Back To Stock | 05.05.2013 - xda-developers

I am guessing you're looking for a Google Edition ROM, so here is one: [ROM] Android Revolution HD 2.0 Google Edition | High Quality & Performance | 4.2.2 - xda-developers
