(HELP ME!) LGG4 (can't open play store (blank page))

Hello all,

i recently bought a new LGG4
and the paly store worked for a few days and i installed all my app, but after a few days i cannot open the paly sore anymore, the screen stays white at the loading page and t just keep loading and never opening.

I also found that i cannot open some app anymore, (like 9ag)
it does the samething... it stay on the opening/loading page, but it never opens...

Anyone experienced this?

what I treid already:
-factory reset (problem came back after a few days)
-changing google account

Have you tried Force Stop/Uninstall Updates?
