help me with my sd card please

So today while I was browsing my phone, I randomly got the message that my sd card has unexpectedly been removed and now I cant mount it no matter what I do

I tried restarting my phone, removing the battery and sd card and nothing works

Its a 32 gb sd card

Which make of SD Card is it? The Note series has a few cards it doesn't play nice with.

I had a blackberry Z 10 for a few months and used it with a SD card. Put some music on it. Now I have the Note 3 and put my SD card in it. I never had to format it and the music I put on when I use the berry still work on the Note 3
