help me with my wrong time/weather ..

So all day today my weather tells me i am in Tirana ?? i Live in Miami Florida.. So the time says 138am and its 839pm here?? how can i fix this? I have GPS on, i have automatic updates for weather every 3 hours..i even go in and click refresh in weather. It some times fix when i goto google maps and find my location then go back to weather.. I just dont like this time changing since i use this phone for my alarm.

I fix with two options

1. turn off 4G and turn on wifi, then update the weather
if that doesn't work
2. reboot the phone

about option 1, by turn off 4G I basically just meant turn wifi on, sorry if confusing, cause turning wifi on takes over and the 4G doesnt run except for phone and messages ... to update the weather just click the weather and when the weather screen pops up in the bottom left corner you should see a circle icon made out of two arrows click that to update ... if this does't work right away back out of the weather and go into the internet and refresh or open a new page, this should cause the internet to reset the time to the correct zone

It has also been suggested that you turn off all location services, remove the clock/weather widget. Turn all of the location services back on and put the clock/weather widget back on the desktop. I am not sure why but my location for the weather has been jumping all over the place and the GPS has pointed wrong until it gets a lock. Clearly there is a bug in there somewhere.
