Help Me!!!

I have an S4. I've had it since May. Recently any time I open my play store it says no connection. Is there anyway I can reset it so I can use it and update my apps? Someone please help. I don't know what to do and I just want to be able to use it

Try going into settings, then application manager and try to clear app data under the Play Services Hope this helps

I have the same experience last time. I did everything update reinstall google play but no luck last hope reset my phone to factory.
