Help meh!

I'm having trouble updating my GS6. I go to the Sprint store and they tell me to contact Samsung, I contact Samsung they tell me to contact Sprint.

Help meh I don't know what to do.

Welcome to Android Central! You could also try bringing it to a Samsung Store in your local Best Buy--they might be able to flash it for you.

Great suggestion especially of you don't feel confident about clearing the cache partition or any of the other suggestions in the two links posted above.
