Help! MMS issues on wifi after update - Verizon

Hi all, so after downloading the new update, noticed that everything was working fine except that when I was connected to wifi, my mms messages would only come through here and there. Seems to have a hang up somewhere. If I turn off my wifi and use data exclusively, the messages complete their download, if not, they just hang out come through much later (15 min to an hour later)

Since this is a major headache for me, I decided to factory reset, thinking it would solve the problem. No luck. Anyone have a fix?

In Messages settings\More settings\Multimedia messages\Auto retrieve is it set to On or Off? That's the only thing I can think of that might make a difference. I'm on Verizon, and have not noticed a problem with delayed MMS messages while on WiFi.

I read somewhere that rebooting your router may help.

The auto retrieve is on and I've reboot the router. No luck

Sounds like contacting Verizon Support or going into your local Verizon Store may be a good next step.
