Help My Galaxsy S5 Wont work???

New phone straight out of the box is charged and switched it on and NOTHING blank screen! Push the home keys ect they make a noise but nothing! Friend rang my phone it makes a buzz and goes straight too message bank? Help as I really don't know what too do? And I need my phone too work!

It might be a faulty screen. Where did you get it? Do they have a return policy?
