Help! My Galaxy Tab might be bricked

I have my daughter's galaxy tab that seems to be bricked. its a SPH-P100 (Sprint).
my son was fooling around with it and left it in the following state:ys the following:

Android system recovery <3e>

Enter: OK Key, Select : Vol Up / Vol Down
reboot system now
apply update from sdcard
wipe data/factory reset
wipe cache partition

Can anyone help me to fix this? or is it just an electronic paperweight now?
 
just use up/Down volume to select reboot system now.

and congrats all your data has been deleted.
 
I don't think the OP has the ability to select the reboot option. His post looks like a screen dump showing the aftermath of doing something bad in the recovery menu. Unfortunately, I don't have any good suggestions.
 
Still1 I think that everythis has been deleted except the samsung spash screen.

Im having the same exact problem all I did was play Candy Crush turned it off that night woke up and rhe Galaxy Tab was bricked as you put it..:( E:Can't mount /cache/recovery/log
E:Can't open /cache/recovery/log
E:Failed to mount /cache (No such file or directory)
E:Can't mount /cache/recovery/last_log
E:Can'y open /cache/recovery/last_log
E:failed to mount /cache (No such file or directory
