Help!My HTC new one stucks in a boot loop!

Hello!
I am really confused now! I just relocked my HTC because I wanna flashed back my stock rom from the cyanogenmod which was installed before, and a thread tells me to do that. But now I was stucked in the boot loop. I cannot enter the recovery or even I turn off the HTC, it just keep looping. Sry I cannot provide a photo for you, but I will try to describe the situation with main words....

Now the situation is that on the screen, it shows:
Tampered
Relocked
Security warning
.......S-on....
.......
.....
......
Fastboot (if I connect it to the PC with cable, it will change to fastboot USB, but actually, in the cmd, I have typed in "adb devices" before my HTC crashed and it seems that my PC did not detact my phone...

Please help! Is my phone gone?

Do you happen to have the RUU file for your device? If so, use it to restore back to factory settings. That should get you restored and back booted.

Unlock your bootloader you will be able to enter the recovery

I just unlocked the HTC again by using the unlock bootloader. After that, I could enter the recovery, but I was stucked in the screen with the cyanogenmod logo. I tried to flash a new recovery into the HTC, and it works. Then, I put the RUU into the sdcard and restore to the original settings. Now everything seems fine!
