help my moto g i think it is bricked

please help i think my moto g is bricked plzz help

hi can anyone help me i have a moto g xt1039 that i tried to root i have twrp recovery on it . after flashing twrp i tried to reset the phone and restarted the phone after doing this the phone bricked it isnt starting up at all sometimes it keeps on rebooting and sometimes its stays stuck on the startup screen ,the bootloader is unlocked . i am able to access recovery twrp i tried resetting it again but still same issue dont know what to do if anyone sees this and knows how to fix the issue please help

Did you make a backup after installing TWRP? If so, have you tried restoring it?

If no, or if that doesn't work, you may have no choice but to reflash the ROM. See this page for the ROM,. the tool and instructions.
