Help, my samsung galaxy keyboard won't pop up!

My phone requires my keyboard to type in my password. Since it won't pop up, I can't unlock my phone! I have so many important files that I haven't backed up on my phone. I really need some help.

It may be worth trying an auxiliary keyboard.

Try boot up using volume up, home and power buttons , wipe cache partition and reboot the device... If you need help let us know and we'll talk you through it...

Welcome to Android Central! Another option is to connect a basic USB keyboard via OTG cable.
