Help my second dinc in a week and screen is freezing up

This is my second dinc in a week and the same problem. any app I go to the phone freezes up. I can even go to the camera and take a pic and the screen will freeze. verizon is sending me a 3rd now. Is there anything I can do about this freeze up problem. Thanks

both SLCD screens? and also are you using the same SD card and transfering it or new SD cards?

no matter what screen it locks up. I am using the same sd card but all I have on it is some pics.

its possible that your SD card is corrupted somehow, maybe you should back up the SD card using your computer, and when you get the phone format it in the phone or i think in the computer Fat32

Zero 3rd party apps? Verizon didn't install a task killer before you took it home? Is it plugged in when this happens?

I took the sd card out all together and it still does the same thing.

No the phone is not plugged in and I have not installed any task killers

Also, the first thing you should do after you leave the Verizon store is a had reset.

hard reset has been done. this is second phone doing same thing in less than a week.

Weird. Maybe the store you're going to has a bad batch. Next thing I would do is try exchanging it at a different store. Beyond that, I'm not sure what I'd do.

i would just get a fascinate .... or i would make a stink in the store till the replaced it with a brand new one and not a refurbished, i paid for a brand new working phone not lemon after lemon after lemon

Online from verizon? if the next one is bad go to the store dont deal with online, im pretty sure they still have to honor stuff like that. Ive learned that depending on your tone and aggression sometimes complaining in person vs on the phone has its advantages.

I just had this happen. I got three bad phones in a row sent from Verizon's Texas warehouse. I went to a store and all they could do is send me a new refurb because there was none in stock in any CT stores. Finally I got an AMOLED Dinc and the problem was gone. Anytime I would zoom in all the way the whole phone would freeze. I had to lock it and unlock it to make it work again. I also downloaded multitouch test and one finger (even when there was no finger on the screen) would stay on the screen. Very frustrating. Good luck with the next one.

I was just going to reply to this thread and say that some one else was having major problems with their phones, they kept sending them back and having the same problem. That person was you..... lol

No I didnt change my name that was someone else with same problems I am still locked
