Help My Tablet responds to S-Pen but not my finger

I was using my tablet earlier today and this afternoon my tablet stopped responding to my finger but only works with the s-pen. Is there a way to fix this? So I can get touch working again.

No I thought I hit something in the settings but I did not. It looks like a software issue. Where the keyboard is suppose to be selected it is shaded out. I have a 1 year warranty from best buy if I can not fix it it getting replaced.

Have you tried restarting the tablet? If you were not changing settings, some kind of bug might have gotten into the works.

I did a factory restart it still did not work. So since I have an warranty I took it back to best buy.
