HELP: Need help rooting a Samsung Galaxy Nexus

This is my first time rooting any phone, and I recently got the Samsung Galaxy Nexus from Wind Mobile and I was thinking of rooting it to have stuff like my battery run better and all that fun stuff.

What is the easiest way to unlock my bootloader, and root my phone and everything else that I need?

Search online for the galaxy nexus root toolbox it works for all gnex models.
