HELP!! Nexus 5- Stuck in 4 balls rotating in boot (OS kitkat)
_Hi. Ive been using my nexus 5 for 3 yrs now and this is the first time that ever happened to me. This is what happened:
I was watching a series in my nexus using VLC player. Then i try to put it on landscape view so i can watch better. Then it wont go on landscape mode so i decided to restart it. After that i waited for a few more mins but im still stuck on the 4 balls circling it. Then. Waited for 2 hrs , still the same. I turned it off for about 3 hours or less then turned it on again, still the same in stuck on the same part.
When i got home from work, i googled my problem and found 2 solutions (in the recovery mode):
1) wiping the cache
2) restore factory setting
First i did the wipe cache thingy. Then i reboot and still stuck on that part same thing goes to restore factory setting.
Can somebody help i really need my phone.
