Help, no available space on internal memory

I have the 32gb s7 from Verizon & currently a 64gb sd card in the phone. All available apps that can be moved to sd card have been moved. All pictures & music are on sd card. My internal memory is full still & when I go to My Files, there isn't anything in it that would be consuming that much space.

Had a similar problem. The solution for me was the following:

Settings -> Device Maintenance -> Storage -> Three Dots in Upper Right -> Storage Settings -> Internal Storage -> Cached Data

Pressing on Cached Data will ask you if you want to clear it. I have about 3GB in Cached Storage that I was able to clear.
