Short Version:

I need help locating the correct firmware for:

Device: Samsung Galaxy Tab A 7.0 4G Tablet (Rooted)
From: Saudi Arabia
Purchased from: https://www.jarir.com/sa-en/samsung-galaxy-tab-a-7-0-tablet-pc-459019.html

I only have this code printed on the box and also on the website i purchased the device from:

SM-T285NZKAKSA

Long Version:

Guys, i admit i have messed up badly, i was trying to follow a guide to make my (Rooted) tablet turn on when connected to a power source, the method i tried using is i have to enter into "fasboot" first, I have tried using the physical buttons first while powering on, it didn't work.

I tried using this command line "adb reboot fastboot" via ADB, the tablet was just rebooting normally without entering fastboot.

Now the stupid mistake i did is that i unchecked "OEM unlocking" from the developers menu to try again.

I entered the line again in ADB to reboot it, it did but now it is stuck with this message while booting:

"Custom binary blocked by FRP Lock"

I understand this is really bad, and i have been searching a lot for this to the conclusion that i have to flash my device to stock firmware.

The other problem now is that i cannot find the correct firmware for my region:

SM-T285NZKAKSA

I literally get no results when i search for SM-T285NZKAKSA Firmware
This code is printed on the Box of the device and also listed on the website i purchased it from (below).

Device: Samsung Galaxy Tab A 7.0 4G Tablet (Rooted)
From: Saudi Arabia
Purchased from: https://www.jarir.com/sa-en/samsung-galaxy-tab-a-7-0-tablet-pc-459019.html

The device can go to Download mode and Odin detects it, but like i said, i can't seem to find the correct Firmware.

Any help is appreciated!

Re: Custom binary blocked by FRP Lock

The only thing at this point is try flashing the stock firmware, try samfirm or frija tool for the firmware and get from xda forums the zip for both.

Re: Custom binary blocked by FRP Lock

Hi, you couldn't find the firmware in the 2 tools frija and samfirm?

The code i have on the box doesn't show anywhere on both tools, but when i choose the model number and my region, the tool shows multiple different Firmwares, but they are no match to the code i have, should it be exactly the same?

The version code i have on my device's box: SM-T285NZKAKSA

Version codes on Frija:

fwvFVQG.png

Is it supposed to be the exact same?

It should ask for the Google Account password if it's FRP-locked. Just enter your password and it will unlock.

I'm not getting anything else when i boot up the device except this message on the top left:

"Custom binary blocked by FRP Lock"

Are there any steps before or after this message appears that i should do in order to enter my Google account password?
