Help phone feels like a bunsen burner!

Hi,
This has started ages ago, my phone used to be usually cool, while playing games it would get a tiny bit warm but that's about it.

Now it heats up when booting, checking emails, looking at the home screen, pretty much heats up so much when doing simple activities it reaches about 60-80 degrees (around the top) the phone slows down and drains battery like a maniac.

That's not worse, playing games the phone slows down so much the game lags extremely. The phone reaches about 100 degrees at the top.

Please help at this point this is redicilous and unable to hold it. Please help my phone is rooted with busy box and xposed + magisk. I tried unrooting and disabling xposed but nothing worked.

That may be failing hardware or a failing battery.
Some have found that using an SD card causes overheating.
