HELP!! phone stuck in activation..

Flashed CM10 nightlies for the first few days of having my phone... everything worked fine... then all of a sudden I'm getting no mobile data... the phone says it is roaming.. whenever I do a clean flash the same thing happens. My IEMI is still there in the about phone section.

Somebody please help me!

Go to Settings > More... > Mobile Network > CDMA Subscription and make sure that is checked as RUIM/SIM.
