Help- Phone won't turn back on after Feb Security update

I updated to the newest security update as an OTA and the phone turned itself off about an hour later and will not power back on. Fully stock.

Anyone know how to fix this or if it happened to anyone else?

Is the battery dead?

Have you tried charging it?

put your phone on charger for 15 min and then press power + volume button for 10 seconds

Got it back up and running. Took nearly 2 hours to charge and turn back on. Funny because I had over 75% before doing anything.
