[Help]Photon - Modem did not power up (0)

I read the other thread in the Atrix forum with the same title. The link in there takes you to some instructions to fix the problem, but the one of the files to download is for an Atrix. Where can I get the equivalent for the MoPho?

Has anyone else had this problem on their MoPho and what did you do? I am inclined to take it back to the Sprint store as I have had it only since September 1st.
