Samsung galaxy core prime is reinstalling apps that i intentionally uninstalled. This occurs only when my phone dies or powers off. Upon start it says optimizing apps1-12. Every time there is 12 unwanted apps to be REuninstalled. On top of that, I'm having add videos and app recommendations popping up while trying to send a txt message. Can I save my phone?
