Help Please! :(

Hello all. I'm not exactly sure what happened but I think it started with ROM Managers "fix permissions". So whenever I open an app, settings, or widget, it says the app crashed and I have to force close. It's usually the first time I open an app... And then it works fine.But when I reboot my device it starts all over again. Oh also my touch input would crash. If someone can help that would be great.

I added a photo of what happens. And the things that force close is anything on the phone including the com.android.phone app.

Btw I'm running stock.

Try fixing permissions again. If that doesn't help, and you have a nandroid backup, restore it.

No luck so how would I go about doing this nandroud backup and such. And I can't access my cw recovery. Yes I am rooted. I've been there before. When I boot recovery, it just boots the phone. Thanks for your help

Screw it i just wiped my phone twice ( one for this problem and another for insufficient space available problem) and im great with touch recovery cwm. thanks for the help though.
