i have gotten my email with the Unlock_code.bin but it will not save to my computer any ideas?:-\

Its just an email attachement. Save like you would a word doc.

i have tried it will not let me save it when chose folder and hit save it highlights the filename but does nothing

If you use Google Docs, save the file there. Afterward, download the file from Google Docs. I've had the same problem...
