help!! please

Yesterday i accidently stopped a running service called 'Services' and since i have no connection to the internet.
Phone still works but that's it.

What happened when 'Services' was stopped and how do i get things back on track?

i have ICS installed on my Nitro.

Have you tried rebooting your phone?

Try a power cycle. Pull the battery. Wait a little and then put the battery back in. Power it up. Let me know.

Thanks gang.....I've powered down and restarted and nothing has changed....I will try the battery idea.

Yeah, I would try a factory reset if nothing else is working.

Next try activating airplane mode or turning off mobile netork and then back on through settings.
