Help please

I roooted and lag fixed my fascinate and everything was going smoothly for a week or so. Yesterday it started reading that usb's were plugged in when they were not, is there any way to fix this? I'm using voodoo lag fix btw.

Even after a reboot? Hmmmm.

Had that happen. Once but actually plugging in a USB then removing again cleared it.
