Help! Pls!...mr2 update... FIXED, THANKS!

Ok im not rooted...and i put it on the root of my sd card...i named the sd card thunderbolt but i don't think that should affect the file... i went into hboot by holding down the power and volume down buttons...it doesn't automatically apply the update....help! ?

You're trying to flash the mr2 update in hboot but youre not rooted, is what you're saying?
