Help! Really weird thing in the battery

Hello,

Something really weird is happening on my phone.

The battery was really regular for me hanging at least 10 hours before charging.

And suddenly couple of days ago, it drastically changed. Every 1% of my phone is getting lower in time of less than 1 minute, causing that my phone can handle itself on, between a time of 60-90 minutes from 100% to 0%.

One more thing is, that before all this thing happened, my phone needed less than 2 hours to get into full battery, and now even after 7 hours it is not getting charged to 100%



In addition, it is really feeling like someone took over my phone battery in order to create virtual coins

But I do not want to jump into this conclusion too fast. Because I have never downloaded anything outside the playstore to my phone, and more over than that, I haven’t downloaded anything from playstore in the last time. I am not entering into links (whether if suspicious or not). The only thing I can think of, is by using the phone browser which I’m doing

Two possibilities.
1/ You have an app running in the background running your battery down, put the phone in safe mode to see if this stops the battery running down.
2/ You have a defective battery that needs replacing.

I'm leaning towards the battery being defective. Even if the processor was running at 100%, it wouldn't drain the battery that quickly.

It would also help to know the age of the battery and the charging habits.
