Help returning to completely stock - or am I safe?

To make a long story short, I am returning my phone to Verizon and want to make sure it is completely stock.

I initially rooted using ODIN and the files from RootzWiki.

I have since "unrooted" using the stock samsung image (from samsung) using ODIN again.

After the phone rebooted it was not rooted anymore (I tested it), however Super User was still in the app drawer. I searched through system/apps and the .apk wasn't in there. I went to the Google Play store and clicked uninstall updates for Super User. After it uninstalled it's name changed to something like com.android.something.su. I clicked force stop and then I was able to disable it through app info.

I used Root Explorer and searched for com.android.something.su and there was nothing that I could find. I searched through the Application Manager on the phone and there was no sign of Super User.

I deleted all apps that require root from the phone.

Currently the phone is running smooth. I am going to do a factory reset before I return it to Verizon to clear all my data and am kind of curious if Super User will return itself back to the phone, as if it was an app that was re-enabling itself.

Are there any images that I can use that would return the phone to FACTORY settings? I want it to delete all of my data and make it seem as if the phone was turned on for the first time.

Also, for the future, is there any way to root this phone without making Super User a system application, so that it would be easier to delete if needed?

Thanks. (still learning)

If you flash with a stock Verizon tar file using Odin there should be no difference between your phone and an "out of the box" one.

The tar file should overwrite the system files and I think the recovery too.
