why the 5 minutes cumulative call does not remove the region lock on my phone?
i used the required sim to do the call. but then when i switch with another sim it is still lock.

Welcome to Android Central! I saw an article where this applies to the S5, but do you know if it's for all Samsung phones? If so, I'd contact Samsung directly and ask how you can get the phone unlocked for other regions.
