Help! Samsung Pro J7 - Purple Spots

Yesterday, I dropped my Samsung phone on the ground. Later on in the afternoon, there was a small purple smudge straight down right on the screen and I didn’t bother with it. Today, it got worse and the purple things were all over my phone screen. I want to know did I have to replace the LCD screen with a new one? Or something wrong with my phone? Any help or advice would be appreciated.
