HELP! Samsung S7 Edge locked

Im unable to unlock my phone using series of directions code. Is there anyway I can open my phone without doing a factory reset? Thanks

If you have signed into your Samsung account and or Google account on that device, when you get a certain amount of fails it should ask to sign into an account before it factory resets.
