Help setting up Corporate Sync

I am trying to set my Droid Pro up to sync with my company's Exchange server.

For some reason, the Sync only works when I am tied in to my company's wireless router. If I am out of range of the router and either have the wireless turned off or tied in to a different wireless access point, I get sync failures every time it tries to sync.

Any tips on what I can look for to resolve this? Is there something in my Sync settings that needs tweaking?
