Help; Setup Pocketcasts podcast custom folder to Send to Gear Auto sync

Goal: autosync pocketcasts podcasts for standalone use on watch for exercise

Problem: It is a file format issue that gear manager wont see podcasts? OR do I need the proper custom folder name on micro sd card that pocketcasts likes? Pocketcats doesn't accept any custom folder names on sd card I try to create. I thought I could create a pocketcasts folder in the music folder Gear manager looks to for autosyncing tracks. Just moving storage to micro sd card in pocketcasts doesnt seem to work because gear manager doesnt see it.
